Learn more about the ECCS version of middle school dances

At ECCS, we do middle school dances much differently than what you’ll find at most other schools. Some of the awkwardness might still be there, but through etiquette classes, dance lessons with an instructor, and dance cards our students are prepared for the night that always ends up being a highlight of the year.

Since we have such a unique tradition with cotillion, Alabaster Living came to talk to Logic & Rhetoric Principal, Mrs. Julie McGuffey, along with 6th, 7th, and 8th graders, about why we have cotillion, the benefits, and what the best parts are from a student perspective.
